can anyone say what the differences between the F80/F88 and last years F70/F77?

and can an F70 (which I have) be firmware upgraded to an F80?

I think they use the same firmware? Would be nice to have no warning at the beginning and maybe mirrorlink for the Galaxy S5 if possible
