  1. I just had an AvicX-930BT installed to replace my Avic-D3 which was damaged in an accident. My problem is only my door speakers are working. I have a Kicker sub amp feeding an enclosed box with a Kicker Comp CV-12 sub and it 's not working. I had my stereo shop do the install, I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas.

  2. I talked to my insurance company today, it looks like my stereo is covered with a $250 deductible. I spoke with their company that handles stereo repairs, since my installer isn't in their network, and read them the estimate I got. The rep told me that it's right in line with their prices and was turning it back to my insurance company to cut me a check.

  3. I'm thinking my stereo shop meant the X930BT, their estimate says Pioneer Avic F930BT Navigation System, which I couldn't find on Pioneers website, and the next line says CDiu51V ipod connector.

  4. I had an accident this morning. The guy in front of me had to stop now to keep from hitting a kid that ran accross the road at 35 MPH, needless to say I had to stop now. Luckily I stopped before I hit him, but my dog was in the passenger seat and she ended up hitting my D3's touch screen and shattered it. If I could have caught that kid I would have strangled him. I went to my stereo shop and got an estimate, it was 1,065 to replace it. They quoted for an Avic-F930BT. I didn't find this on Pioneers website. I'm assuming they meant Avic-X930BT which is a current model replacement for my D3. I do have insurance for this, I'm just wondering what you guys think about this model? Yes my dog is okay, I absorbed most of the impact, I just couldn't keep her collar from hitting the screen.

  5. I was just wondering if anyone has seen this. I haven't used my IPod touch for about a week, well tonight I went to hook it up to my D3 and it popped up on the screen about not being able to watch video while moving and when I hit IPod from the menu the screen goes black and says to use IPod to control. I've had this installed since 09 and it was bypassed when installed, I've had no problems with this setup and just wondering if anyone has seen this. While this goes on with the screen I do get music from the IPod and I can change songs from the IPod itself. Thanks for any info in advance.

  6. I actually figured it out yesterday. I had to shut the phone off again for about a minute then when I trurned it back on it paired up and I was able to transfer the phonebook. I did have to do them one at a time but it wasn't a big deal just scrolled through the list and sent them then paired the 2 back up when I was done.

  7. Ok since this was listed as a weird problem I thought I'd post here. I've been trying to transfer my phonebook form my motorola razor for 2 days. Well to make a long story short I have the phone set to connect automatically and it's registered with the btb in position1. Here's the weird part I havent been able to transfer the phone book, when I go to the function menu and hit phonebook transfer it disconnects just like it says in the book. My problem is now I can't get the phone to see the btb or the btb to see the phone. Any ideas? I've turned the phone off shut the vehicle off and opened the door so the d3 turns all the way off.
