But for the majority of people here who might not be so tech oriented and/or afraid to mess with stuff that will brick their device, asd255 is selling a cheap tool that will do what the poster wants without hassle and/or trouble.

No need to buy something, just reset settings from testmode menu or delete user database files in extdata partition.

how exactly do i go to test mode ??

bought this nex 4200 from a no good source and didnt bother to tell me before he sold it to me that it was locked and had no password ..... any help would great
