So I had Best Buy install the AVIC 7200nex at the end of July.  Everything was great until a few weeks ago  I can no longer get AM stations.  The HD stations rarely connect and the FM stations usually become static.  Why did this all of a sudden happen??????  

I have an Avic 7200nex.  I bought it the end of July and had Best Buy install it.  Everything was great.  I changed my home screen and the background to custom images.  Today, the background image didn't appear.  If I go into settings it looks like the image is there and it has been the choice selected, but it no longer appears.
