After a grueling installation, I have found that for some reason you can only update using USB 2. My extension is in USB 2 and I have another device in USB 1. Is there no other possible way to update the firmware? I bought this unit specifically for Apple CarPlay and thinking of having to change ports is not something I am looking forward to. Any help that can given would be greatly appreciated...
