My problem started when updating the firmware then navigation software via Naviextras..

I am not sure what version of igo i am running operating system Android  

When i restarted the unit everything worked except the maps function..  Pressing the maps

i got  IGO installing then popup message

 Igo Primo

Missing or Incomplete folder

/data/data/com.navngo.igo.javaclient/content/voice 

I have managed to search the forums and thanks to fantastic work of the forum that has gone before i have accessed the testmode

I had a look in to that folder and there was nothing in there.. So i copied a voice file into the folder now have a black Screen

Not sure of the steps to take from here .. Any hints would be fantastic

I have no access to the synctool as it is run from inside of the igo navigation software..
