I was able to download this file and paste the image to a new SD card and install it into my AVH-W4500NEX and it worked like a charm.
I used a Sandisk Extreme SDHC UHS-I/U3 16GB SD card (~$15CAD from Amazon), used "balenaEtcher" on my MAC MINI M1 to get the image flashed onto the SD card, and followed the following Youtube video to take the head unit apart and reassemble it.
So after a couple of hours of "Google-ing" and about 90 minutes of "sweat equity" to remove the head unit from my Toyota Sienna, take apart and reassemble the AVH-W4500NEX, and then reinstall the head unit into my Toyota Sienna everything is working great.
The firmware is showing as version 1.02 with this image.
Do you still have the download on your computer the link is gone could we send to dropbox or google drive and get a copy of the download. if you have it put it on a dvd even idd buy it. i want my 4500 working again!!!
