I know we all want to be positive and "believe" that a single firmware update will come soon and will fix all of our problems.

But this is more like H O P E.

And we all know that hope is for suckers.

"Believe" is what you do with your religon. We can't proove which is the wrong or right religion.

With the F-Series time WILL eventually tell.

And from the locks of it Pioneer has not produced one single unit that works as advertised.

I too am full of HOPE and want to BELIEVE that all the F-Series units will come to live to its full advertised funtionality but market experience tells me otherwise.

At this point I just hope that my reseller with take this experimental Alpha stage product back without any issues. There is hope again. At least I just need to make one call to find out if this hope is go or not and don't need to suffer another three months with this unusable NAV.

Pioneer created a lot of demand be announcing the F-Series and is now driving a lot of people to the competittion because they don't have a product to satisfy the demand they created.

Oh, I forgot... The mic is so bad that nobody can understand me unless I am 1/2" from it.

I also just bought a 900BT and have a Z1 in another car.

I have to say that I am entirely disappointed in the unit.

How can Pioneer think a 2D view heading of NORTH only is acceptable? That alone is a killer for me.

Now, on top of that we have the start-up time needed and the slow repsonse of the NAV commands.

So, my F900BT is for sale.

Stupid question: Can you sort your music by artist, Album, and genre with an SD card like you can with the Ipod?

Great. Who wants to go first and try a 32GB card? Are they even available yet?

As far as I can tell there are only three:

1. Pre-out are 2v lower on F900BT

2. Price is $300 lower on F900BT

3. Warranty one year on F900BT, two years on F90BT

Just to update anyone who had an eye on my situation. My NAVTraffic trial which was added eventually cut out. I never really got much use out of it which didn't really help me decide if it was worth the risk. With that said, when the NAVTraffic cut out, my free XM still remained. I don't know what I did to deserve this but I've been getting free XM for nearly a year now.

 

Once again, I find myself getting greedy and entertaining the idea of calling XM and explaining that I was told my navtraffic would last as long my "dealer demo" lasts.

The volume level is all the way up.

Also, with BlueTooth connected I can make calls but don't hear any ringing through the Z1. The ring volume is also all the way up.

I use a Blackberry 8100.

OK, Found the EDIT BUTTON.

But once there I don't see anything that says DELETE.

Which one is the EDIT BUtton?

There is a place to connect another speaker in the back for guidance but I don't want to hook up an extra speaker.

Is there a setting somewhere to bring it to the regular speakers?

I'll order a BT CD from Pioneer.

The unit was built in 7/2006. I have not upgraded any software. This was a display unit before I bought it.

1. It only plays 1 out of 20 DVDs. It says: "Can't read DVD".

2. BT sucks. People do not understand me and I can not really have a meaningful conversation. If I turn the volume up I get the feedback echo.

3. How do I delete a CD or an artist? Do I have to delete eacg song seperately?

4. I did the bypass. It now tells me that my brake wire is connected wrong every time I start the car.

How can I record a video stream from a front camera connected to Video Input 1?
