iphone 5 bluetooth

I hit answer on the screen and I can't hear them and they can't hear me, the counter start like it knows that I answered, any ideas ?? 

i'm trying to play movies off an 32g sd card and I can't seem to get it right, I've tried it in mp4, it's saying it's incompatible, I tried to look around on here but didn't see anything. thanks for your help  

ok I've looked everywhere but I can't find it, I just got a d2 and when I go to set the clock I can't use the + or - to adjust clock, oh I can't use daylight saving either, only one that works is the back button, is it in demo mode ? heck I don't know . any help would be great thanks
