I just installed the unit today. My front and rear speakers are connected to a 4 channel kenwood amp 1 speaker per channel. I connected the FR, FL, RL, RR RCA's on the back of the pioneer. But I am unable to get any sound on the rear speakers the front works fine. But If i turn on the subwoofer mode the rear channel starts working but it will only play the low frequencies like a sub. How can i get all 4 channels to play with out it thinking 2 of the two rear channels are sub outputs. When i turn off the sub mode it plays no sound at all. I have adjusted the setting fade to rear as far as it can go to test the rear speakers.
The instructions show that the rear can be used as a rear output or a sub output so am I missing a setting here? currently it is set to Sub off. F&R fade is in the middle. L&R blance is in the middle. What else can i change?
