I can't wait to get home and give this a shot!! The day has finally arrived!!!

Maybe it's because I call so damn often but, my audio dealer is saying he should have the update in hand in "days."

Model: F700BT
Devices Connected (XM, iPod, etc) : iPod, Phone
AV Source (if playing) during issue: iPod - phone dialing
Action that caused the issue (pressed button, search, etc): Pressed hang up after phone was already hung up??
Was GPS routing? (yes/no) No
Was BlueTooth active? If yes, what device? Motorola W385
Anything else you would like to add:
Ever since this incident that produced a Application Tele error, the system would reset as soon as the phone connected. I had to remove the phone and nav unit from phone and nav respectively until it would allow the phone to connect again. It would flash the application error each time before restarting. Reset did nothing.
Ditto! Mine has been doing the same thing with my Samsung M300 phone. Finally just shut the bluetooth off on my phone =o(

There is no voice command for ANY navigation features.

I have a 700bt w/ I-pod and XM hooked up.
1. If I'm on the phone and get into the truck once the head unit boots up my phone (Samsung) thinks it's transferred to the BT but it's not. The phone then has to be switched back to the handset and the head unit thinks that I'm not on the phone and plays music. My DEH-7900bt transferred the audio seamlessly w/ much better quality.
2. My 2d map is upside down. It's as if I'm constantly in reverse... i feel like superman and I'm waiting for time to reverse! Touching the compass does nothing, but worked on the D3? The 3d map seems to know we are going forward....
3. Upon initial start up the screen "blinks" a few times after the unit has fully booted up. Why?

Is there any way to bypass the speed sensitive thing? You can't fix any of your settings when your moving. My installer bypassed the parking brake, so I get the same note about incorrect install that everyone else is getting. You can't dial on the phone pad or fix the settings when your moving, you must be stopped... that's dumb! Help fix?
Also, i have a 700 and I haven't received any PC looking error pop ups. (prob. just jinxed myself!!)

I've had my unit from the first day it was available, and my boot time hasn't changed at all. Seems like that guy was blowing smoke...
