I have an issue that my new Avic D3's volume level. In order to get a decent sound level I have to set the D3 to loud and pick one of the louder profiles? It seems to work pretty good for the radio and I have found how to set the navigation volume as well. The default out of the box volume setting is pretty hard to hear anything. I do not have any aftermarket amps or anything, this unit is installed in an 01' Infiniti QX4 w/ amplifier. My installer thinks its the harness he used, I wanted to check what you all think? Either way I have to bring it back in for him to take a look.

I got mine from Circuit City, it was missing the East Nav disk as well so they knocked off another $100. I needed it so I got one on eBay for $60. Either way total cost was $599 - $100 + $60 + TAX.

I am about to install everything for my D3 and hooked have begun hooking up my Crutchfield purchased Wiring Harness for my Infiniti QX4. I have a few wiring questions. Below is a lost of the wires that I connected, and some that was not sure about and/or did not use. I am being verbose as I can so my question gets answered! Thanks in advance!
