TYVM!
i'm sitting on here with 20mbit of upstream. 15gb uploaded in the last 2 hours or so.

Nevermind, figured out the problem.
You have to hold all four buttons, then release the reset button first, then release the eject button, then you get the blue screen (without a time limitation). I also got no pop from the speakers, I just guessed on timing.
thank you for this. i did the EXACT same thing, and couldnt figure out what the deal was.
somebody should add this to the OP

thank you for this. does it include the map updates?
p.s. i'm seeding at between 10 & 20mbit, depending on whether or not my laptop & desktop are on. (each has their own cable modem)

I don't see a way to download it, just buy it in store, unless i am mistaken.
I'd do a group buy as well.

I'm using the Pioneer cable. I forgot to mention. Aside from it failing, I leave my iPod in the car, unless I bring it with me to work, and if it stays in the car, the unit doesn't even reconize it unless it unplug/plug it back in. Does anybody else have the problem? I'm using an 80 gig video
I'm using a 60gb video 5th gen

mine fails within two minutes of starting my car 50% of the time.
if i start/stop 10 times in one day (only done this once), it dies like 95% of the time.
this is really getting annoying. on a side note, i'm using the Apple iPod cable, not the pioneer one. what does everybody else have?

this happened to me. when i re-ran the firmware update it said "hard drive full", so i went into testmode, looked at hte drive, and it had lots of corrupt files, and had 0 freespace.
pioneer said mail it back. I sent it in last tuesday, so i should hear back this week.

I didn't drive my car for a week, got in, it ran once, next time i started the car it turns off after 15 seconds of splash screen. So i re-flash it (or try to), and get this:
It says hard drive maybe full?
Any ideas?

does anybody have any ideas? mine started doing tihs last night. i didnt drive my car for a week, came back, turned the car on, and the headunit reverted to blue buttons instead of red. i thought nothing of it, until i turned my car off, put gas in it, turned it back on, and the headunit didn't start. it sits at the normal loading screen for 15-20 seconds, does bluetooth flashyness, and then dies completely.
i checked all the power continuity, and everything looks good, but alas, the headunit appears to be toast.
ideas?

i want to use pandora on my iphone through the HU and see if i can play it without having to use an Aux in jack.
Does Firmware 3.0 make the F700bt faster?
