Can you use a wm phone with Hspda/gprs internet on the Avic via the USB cable?? So without using the wifi card.

Tried several things but nothing happens.

Sorry if the question is stupid but couldnt work it out here.

What about the color schemes? Can we only use the pioneer schemes?? Because other schmes gives me an error.

What do we have to change in the schems to get other schemes working??

Still waiting for merten 3000 to upload 2.3 btw. Though i got the TMC EU button working myself in the quickmenu .

Guess i'll have to wait for the next update. I understand some lines in the data.zip ui file. But my knowledge doesnt goes that far to put in that button and let TMC work. Thanks anyway.

Are you using the EU version? I will make a TMC button for Merten3000 to add to the EU version for the next release.

AHA, I think it works in a different way in europe then.

We dont need passwords via a website. Just two sd cards and ready to go.

This is for real.

My Honda dealer does that trick. To update for free for their customers.

When you put an empty sd card in your unit and read it on your pc you'll see that that the "device.nng"file is written on your sd.

In that way the update card should be blocked for more updates on different units.

Just delete it it does no harm.

Put the sd card in your pc and remove the "device.nng" file

That should do the trrick.

Nothing is mixed up.

 

The 3.0 hacks threads are all clearly marked with "3.0" in their titles.

 

All you have to do is read.

Maybe you've also noticed that there is a new X-topic on Avic411.

I think its better to move all mods and hacks and questions about updated f-series to that topic.

Because as we all know everything is mixed up now for V2.0 and V3.0 things are hard to find.

Nice mod, tried today and no strange things. Except with a roundabout the exitnumber is not in de middle.

No problems with SD. Response even slow as normal

Still missing some things.

-Select own prefered info on infoboxes

-speed limit warning signs

Most important!! -a button to put in next adress while navigating.

Yes when you are used to mods then is 3.0 very basic.

We are asking a complete image from a F910BT. Put it on your F900 and ready to go.

The US people are allready sharing their images. But for the EU people?? No volunteers yet.

Would love to, but AFAIK in Germany the update isn´t available yet. So my dealer told me.

It has been done!! V3.0(X) running on F900Bt. So no need to sponsor Pioneers Customer no service.

The US people have copied all files from a v3.0 into the f900 unit.

But as an european driver it make no sense to have those maps......duhhh

Now make us EU people also happy!!

So.. sorry for me being thick but are you guys using the F910 V3 firmware on the F900? If so did you just update the F900 as normal with the V3 on a SD card etc..?

 

Or.. do you need to get into testmode to do it?

 

Please can someone do an idiots guide to this please? I'm happy doing the testmode stuff but need to know what i'm copying!

I know there is a russian guy on this forum who has hack ezrider 2.007.

He has also made a IGO mod with a lot of options.....cant remember his name.
