  1. On the way home one day bitchin betty told me to make a left turn from the right lane, so I had to send a lil feedback to TeleAtlas. I believe her exact words were: "Turn right then a sharp left". I even made the right so she would re-route me, sure enough, samething. After seeing that and reading posts about people not having roads on the map I encourage everyone to send them some feedback..

    Point~> "Support"
    Click~> "Map Feedback"

Didnt your mother ever tell you?

  2. I guess diodes are the little black transistors that only allow power to go one way right? im looking or one strong enough to light a set of reverse lights... is there certian voltages and amps these come in? Like for example i found a set on ebay for 6 amp 1000 volt. those would be alright since i would never exceed either 6 amps or 1000 volts right?

  4. After sitting on pins and needles waiting for Pioneer to return my email about information on the XDV-P6, which is the 6 Disk DVD/CD changer for the Z1, they say that there is no actual release date for the unit but it will debute sometime in June.

    The M.S.R.P. is: $650

Heres the skinny on the unit:
Introducing a 6-disc player unlike any other: the XDV-P6. In addition to playing standard audio CD-R/RWs, it can handle DVD Video and Video CDs. It can also playback MP3,WMA/WAV files. Combine it with a Pioneer Audio/Video Receiver like the AVH-P7800DVD or AVH-P6800DVD or a Pioneer Navigation System like the AVIC-N3,D2 or the AVIC Z1, and you can select and play either audio or video discs.
Lastly, for further flexibility you can customize you installation with both in-dash and under-dash mounting

From what i gather (dont hold me to it) from the picture it looks to be the size of a single-din installation..

And for further information clicky here:

  5. Yeah, the DVD changer for it is the XDV-P6... Good luck finding it tho.. That can be connected via a serial bus cable. Another one is the XDV-P9 or XDV-P90 which can be used as a stand alone unit and wired via RCA's

Anyone able to find the XDV-P6??? This post stopped me from starting a "were to get the XDV-P6" post...
  6. I cant believe the steering wheel remote for the Z is almost half the freggin' price of the one for the D... Anyways, since the Z has voice recognition, is it really worth the $30??
