I have the DMH-WT7600NEX and the iDataLink Meastro in my car, and when I click track forward or reverse from the steering wheel, it sends 2 commands. Is there a setting to ignore the second command or is there something I need to do on the Meastro? 

I re registered my phone and turned off/on all the permissions. One of those 2 fixed it for me

I just installed the DMH-WT7600NEX into my car. This is my first experience with Android Auto. When I make calls, there isn't an option to play the call through the car system. I can make the call via Google Assistant using the steering wheel button, but the audio is coming out of my phone's speaker and not the car speakers. 

I checked the permissions and everything looks like it should have the right rights. I can't find anything in the pioneer interface that is preventing the call audio. Am I missing something? My phone is a Pixel 4 if that matters. 

The last head unit I bought was the F90BT back in the late 2000s.  I am now thinking about upgrading to something this decade!

I went and looked at some units at the Best Buy and I left with a lot of questions.  Hopefully I can get some answers here:

• Is there a big difference between the 500 and the 600 series (8600NEX vs 8500NEX)? The 8500NEX is on sale for $800 while the 8600NEX is closer to $1,200
• What is the key upsell from the 7 series to the 8 series? (8600NEX vs 7600NEX)?
• Is there any other differences between the WT and the W series other than the screen and DIN size, no physical drive?
• Finally, I played with the 4500NEX and the buttons felt super cheap.  BB didn't have any 8 series and only had the WT7500NEX on display from the 7 series.  Do they suffer from cheap buttons?

Things I've noticed:

I had only one error at 99%, the rest was smooth.

Panning the maps is now actually usable.

the new button sounds are better imo

buttons are very fast

I want to see if the bt has been improved. After work I'll call some people and see. I just want the buttons to work and for the right thing to be displayed! It would be nice to reverse the order of the contact names, but that might be asking too much.

Back to being unavailible..... thats a step in some direction....

Blah, i'm getting a "server is not availible" error super annoying! I bought my 90bt off ebay, do you think that could have anything to do with it? Or is it still that earthquake in Japan thing?

This looks pretty sweet! Any updates? I might want to try this as well, but I just want to make sure that it works with the f90bt and the iPhone 3G. So what's the status?

Hmmmmm. . . . it seems like I'm waiting for a lot of 3.0s at the moment. iPhone 3.0, Avic 3.0, Windows 3.0.....(I heard it's faster than Vista!) I hope they all come out the earlier part of June.... Any guesses to when?

It got it after indexing the first time, but not the second time. I tried Sharepod and it worked great as far as indexing goes, so thank you cmh928. VR was working decently this morning, however, the artist/album selecting via letter (the < A > in a list of artists or albums) always comes back with "Not Found"... any way to correct this? My tracks are tagged well for the most part, and I just want to have the option to search by alphabet instead of talking to the unit... thoughts?

I've been having the same issue actually. Weird thing is, if I reboot the system it works (some times) and some times it doesn't! I thought it was because my iPod was set to the Portuguese language, cuz when I changed it to english, it worked for a couple weeks, but now it's doing it again. I think if you fidget with with while it's loading up it gets all messed up and that happens. I wonder if this is a known issue?

Hi! I just got my AVIC f90bt installed, and I'm one for modding just about anything, and I was wondering what the best/most stable mods are? I think i'll do a few next weekend, but I want to get a game plan together
