sorry to butt in, I'm just need help on update for my 110bt. these unit were not yet updated I lost my MSN traffic and I like to upgrade to have traffic on it hopping for advice

I need help.... my avic 110bt never been updated still have the software 1000.100. I would like to upgrade to 120BT, What software do I need to make the new traffic works' I just purchase ND-TMC10

Well, finally the unit can be bypass but you need to use relay the reverse way. There are some say just install the relay by powered through blue wire but you need to use the handbreak ground wire to operate the relay. still need to follow the proccedure what the unit say but it works....

I,ve just got one 01 model and the same thing asking to do the proccedue of on and off of break.. I tried to install the relay same thing,... also, I can open the nav but.,, you can't lisen to the radio at the same time.

here is my issue:

.. while driving using navigation there is no Samantha nor Jason talking therefore you will follow looking at the screen in the same issue of watching vedeo.

Sounds like this is the head unit is deffective as per Pioneer tech as result that I called and said the same problem the said that the IP bus had still the bug that sometimes when you connect two unit I.E. sirius ,HD tuner the IP bus goes crazy and the you loose the icon if you cameback to the set up.....

Trying to reset the unit by pressing at the same time the mode+arrow left after the pioneer picture appear for two second the unit have the ability to be reset if not then you need to bring it in as they said it take 2 weeks before they resend it back to you..

I don't know if there is a way to to fix the bug..... as I see the system runs to automotive window, People out there any idea?....

I got my Avic-Z110BT installed last week. I have put over 400 miles on it and here's what its saying.

 

Everything is almost done except 3D which has NO bars at all..

 

Speed Pulse is reading 42 (I read that it should read Double your speed, so 20mph should be 40 on speed pulse)

and its on Hybrid Learning which I read means that nothings working the way it should.

 

What concerns me is I had an installer do everything. I have to go back and get the proper dash kit installed (Since they screwed that up) and I want to go in and make sure that everything is correct.

 

Also when I'm driving the roads come up a while after i've passed them. I've tried modifying my location but that didnt help.

 

I drive an 07 Civic EX Coupe. I know VBlue has an idea since he drives basically the same car as me.

Are you sure you are getting speed pulse or canbus signal.. two defferent thing.

AAAAAAAAhhhh.... finally i got it it's the avic feed need to be change to z110 program now it's working....thanks gys...

The POI in the setting is high lighted but the Avic Feed is not there is no much instruction in the manual how to do it unless ipod will be present in the system under bluetooth..

I anybody come up a solution of this problem? BT whissssing sound?

The unit is already booth up and i'm tryin to load from sd card from my pc route but i observe that the icon avic feed is not lit and it is hiden how this thing works is there something wrong with my unit?

I got the same problem in the speaker sounds great but the other party they said wind sound and garble they can't understand what i saying so maybe this is a software issue????????

Well i had just updated with 3.0 but, how to acess the "my flash disk" I never go to this are yet and don't how to access it please help...Thanks "B"

I copy this to a sd card ....download/file.php?id=7994 it is a zip file and plug in to the avic and turn on the key won't download. how to download this file...thanks..B

I try to load to my avic f900bt the software i download in format zip and unzip it still no luck.. need help on this.

Technicaly no after I bought the unit have the new updated software 2.0 and installed it to my smart car.... please help me on this...thanks

seems to be working fine, but it doesnt seem to show speed limit when i choose it to be on the displayed info screen.

I think the Acura doesn't have VSS it has canbus you need to reverse that ...

Depending on where you live they may be working and you just aren't near any that will show. I live in San Francisco CA and work in Oakland CA. And the only time any show is when I go to downtown SF. I've never seen one in Oakland.

Why is that only in San Francisco how about in Los Angeles I don't see the land marks I work here in downtown LA

I got Avic z2 and I would like to upgrade the maps it will cost 120 dollars to get the upgrade but still same hard drive .... I see to this tread that it upgrade the map to 2008 gracenote and boothing time my question is I would like to purchase traffic nav but this is too expensive for me to maintain yearly speacially I am driving in LA.

Question #1 is is this hard drive upgrade to MSN traffic if not do I need to nav tech or sirius traffic after your upgrade?

Question #2 is while driving I can watch DVD I got the bypass thru the wire at the back is this still be on it?

Question #3 I pay cash I dont send information thru paypal let me know where I will mail it I live in Bellflower CA..
