When will the update come out, Juin, july, august I find nothing about it on the internet

I still wonder if there will be any update to 3.0.... Pioneer support say they know nothing about it And if there is a 3.0 update, the question is ...when??

About the iPhone 3G we know already for sure that there will come out a firmware update to 3.0 this summer, this is months in advance I wonder why the P.R. of Pioneer is not the same as Apple ?

The unit stay the same, it's just the firmware that go from 2.0 to 3.0. I will not wait to buy until the unit have the 3.0 firmware. Everyone can do the update of his unit when the new firm is out. BTW i told Pioneer support that i have already the F-700BT. So they have no reason to telling me not the truth i think

I just got off the phone with Pioneer BeNeLux. They told me there will be a paid map update in July. This in response to a complaint I send about getting maps from 2007 on my F900BT from 2009. I ask Pioneer BeNeLux (Europe) by mail if they know anything about the firmwareupdate to 3.0 They told me they know nothing about it at the moment I don't understand this when i read this forum

There are the igo maps 8.0 and 8.3 and there is the igo navigationsoftware 8.0 and 8.3 I wonder if it is possible to put the newer navigationsoftware 8.3 in the memory of the unit and erase 8.0

Is there already a way to chance the navigation software from 8.0 to 8.3 ? It seems a problem to do it.

I want to put newer maps into the F700BT. I red on this forum that i must go to test mode. How must i do that step by step? I have the maps on SD card. How does it works to put the maps into the unit?

Today i ask Pioneer support about this problem. They told me the US radio would NOT work in Europe!!! There is nothing to do about it.

On ebay i reed this from the reseller of the Pioneer F 700 BT: International Information: This unit comes with US/Canada Maps. You will need to have international maps (or purchase them from the manufacturer) to use this unit in outside of N America. This is a US model but will tune radio stations worldwide. The FM broadcast band is 87.8 to 108.0 MHz. so it will not pick up any FM stations outside this range. Also, the tuning is in .1 increments (such as 96.1, 96.2, 96.3, etc.) so all station will be picked up

I need this radio stations in Belgium (Antwerp): 94.2, 97.5, 89.0, 100.9, 103.4, 99.2 That's a problem ?

And there is no solution for that

I want to by the AVIC Pioneer F 700 BT in the US but i wonder if the radio will work in Western-Europe?

I don't have the unit AVIC Pioneer F 700 BT yet, but can you tell me how i boot the unit in Test Mode. PS: I am from Belgium
