  1. ya i have HD in my z06 and i get both hd and std radio from the hd tuner since i didn't run a splitter - prob will in winter so i can use msn. i just have to have presets saved within the hd section - the am/fm sources dont work since that connection isnt hooked up, but i get them thru the hd section

  2. So u mean to tell me that Pioneers gonna put all there eggs into one server, and not have any control over it on the side. I doubt it.

prob all their small eggs, im sure we (avic users) are prob a very very very very smaller percentage of their revenue, so i guess puts us on the bottom of priority list. and the quake prob just made it even lower :?

  3. " .......10:30AM - Still down, and the correct phone # is 1-800-Pioneer, I just called and guess what, their system is down as well..... "

Their system was down on Friday at least!

They are doing NOW something that they are supposed to do THREE DAYS AGO!

So, do not blame earthquake in Japan . . it was ONLY extremely bad business practice ..

they are a day ahead of us, so Friday was their sat, don't know about you but we are closed on Saturdays. earthquake was what Monday morning of there?

  4. Input device number is not correct.

    (Error Code: 1)

Is it possible that they do not have THE RIGHT database - the manufacturer gave them the wrong data base with the hardware IDs ( device numbers or whatever) ???? If that is the case (I hope not) they should have a totally different approach to the maps activation . . . and we will spend another week or more waiting for the damn fix of this craziness.

Actually, I do not lake speculations, BUT when something goes wrong for so long, speculations are

unavoidable . . bad for Pioneer.

Such behavior shown by Pioneer is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE . . no words . . no emails . . I have never expected

to be pissed of in that way by Pioneer Japan or America - it does not matter!

i had called Friday and the rep i talked to said they had just gotten a email about the server crashing and most likely would be up Monday.

  5. Anyone else getting a system startup boot loop (using the full)? Mine says its starting up then about 2 minutes in it reboots and does it again. I tried it with both win-rar and 7zip with the same results. I can see the new menu icons while it says system starting but it never goes away and reboots.

mine did that after install, but after 2 loops its working fine

  6. ya i did a fly over in detroit and chicago all i get is landmarks, when i get home ill check device id

    i do have a us model f90

Look at my comments on page 32 of this thread. All I did was a Simulation at a slower speed and I saw the buildings.

    Trust me, it does work.

i did slow down, ill try your addy when i get home. what map scheme are you using btw?

  7. slothy i had the same problem but they are there you just have to keep looking. put the map in 3d also once your in like downtown chicago maybe try zooming in a bit. make sure that in the navi menu the buildings are turned on
