I was asking the install shop where I got my Z-2 about TV tuners, and they steered me away from one.. They said they have never had a customer who wasn't somewhat disappointed with the reception and picture of any TV tuner - and you can only get channels 2 thru 13.. Has anybody used a tuner that they are happy with?

 

Or a better question might be - Are any of you unhappy/disappointed with your TV tuner - and if so, what kind is it, and why don't you like it???

I am happy with my pioneer tv tuner you get channels 2 - 69. It comes in handy when you are sitting in a parking lot waiting for the wife. Sometimes I like the television announcers better than the guys doing the game on radio (the bears play by play guys are worse than the team) and yes I listen to the news on my way home from work. I know it will be useless in a year but I will have enjoyed it for the years I had it.

pm JasonH and ask for an exemption

a few of us have had bad reverse camera inputs and had to send them back for service.

people have sucessfully restored from a back up but if you follow the instructions in this thread you will be fine.

Wow I don't think I ever noticed the sun or moon on my Z2.I almost want to pull it out of the box & power it up just to check these out.

Hey, AMEN. I have had this issue for months and want to tear all of my *@! out of my car. I am going to check into this immediately as it has been driving me completely nuts.
