Hey all, I actually write tuning software and I got me a F500 not too long ago. My first thought was if I could write an app to run on it and pull CAN data and send tune data to our car tuning hardware. Below are a couple links to videos I created a few months back (have improved since then) of the software running on the F500. The first is a video I created for my bro so he could see how it works, he'll be cleaning up the gui. The second video some of you may recognize. At the time I created that video, I hadn't been able to update the CAN data on the actual GUI you see. I can now.

Does this software need usb OBD cable right?

then it need one usb port on the unit, so i can't using ipod to be music player when using OBD?

Main Problem is when boot the unit it still frozen black screen with red pioneer logo.

Hello everyone,

I'm using F500bt for a while, last week i've tried update my unit to 3.0 but it not work It's always freeze at black screen and red pioneer logo.

Now i want to roll back my unit to original firmware and os. I'm trying many times by format and install 2.006 then it's not boot to original menu of avic f500bt. I very confused to solve this problem.

I forgot to backup my unit.

If you could help me please give me a suggesting to roll back all of os and firmware to original unit.

I don't know what i should do, I've read to many topic about this kind of problem but still not working.

Which method that i should do, Does uboot software could help and how i can find this one?

Hello Everyone, I using F500bt for a while, I've some question about F500bt.

I connect Ipod with the unit and use firmware ipod player but my song name on my ipod didn't in english language, I want to know how is it possible? to make it could read other traditional font lauguage?

I just brought F500bt from 6ave.com,

And now i install LeetLauncher v3.0 and set iGo being my default navigator.

I'm searching TMC on iGo software and it's show the message Cannot find TMC hardware.

Did TMC hardware equipped with this model? If not can i buy any hardware to add-on?

I try many time to install but when i run \Storage Card\Garmin\Apps\WM\Garmin.exe

I'll show only garmin logo and automatically close.

I don't know the reason why, Could anyone help me to find it out please.

I use F500BT, I'm using ipod to be my music store and now i want to connect my usb obd device to see the engine infomation on the screen.

Can I connect both of this by usb hub?

Does windows CE support usb hub? or I need to install any driver?

If it not possible to do that, Can I use bluetooth obd in this case?

Can I use OBD bluetooth and hand free bluetooth in the same time?
