I just updated to 3.0 and i have the following problems

on reboots i loose the language set by me (greek) and returns to factory defaults english

illumination turns to blue usually instead of a user custom value that i set

it opens on any source it wants with priority

1) sd card if there isn't any then

2) usb stick

and not always at the radio that i always live it

the firmware version is 3.0.20 legally bought and the avic is f 900 bt

the specific install is it compatible with f900 bt European edition? i have read the question again through the 8 pagew of the topic but not the answer does anyone know? has anyone use it in European F900 bt?

and secondary if we put the 3 firmware from here then we must update in 3.1 using the x series update? not the f?

and one last question after passing 3.0 or 3.1 how easy it is to return to any of f900 firmware because if i understand right the f900 will became x series am i correct ?

ok man thanks to be sincere i have broken my temper since i installed the 2.0.9 from pioneer update my device went crazy it doesn't know what it is doing and to honest here in greece the representatives are for the garbage and nothing else

my friend dynamic volume works fine the way you set it it's job is to make voice louder the faster you go what you really need is to turn dynamic volume off and to adjust the main volume from system settings - av sound to a suitable level that will do the work regarding the volume level but regarding the song stopping for the announcement that cannot be changed

Well you can modify all your boot up images that are in the unit to say something like that

yes and you can always upload your own image even me being a newby on the system know that much

even more someone who would know more in order to steal it

guys i am sorry to say that nearly nothing can protect us from a thief and as we say here in greece for as long as someone want deside to take something that is yours or else almost nothing can stop him

i am a newby in working and changing my f 900 bt and i have found a lot of useful information in your site i have the following questions if anyone can answer please do

but to give you a few informations i must tell you that i own an avic f900 bt bought in Europe (Greece) i have made 1 successful update to it with firmware 2.7 and bluetooth version 3.30 all working all right

now the questions i have :

1) i have yesterday download firmware 2.9 from pioneer install it successfully to my system but since then every time i start my car it forgets the changes i make to it like software language and buttons illumination color and return to default has anyone else experience that?

2) i have found in pioneer site the 3010100 firmware update for avic f 910 bt (european version also) the two systems seem to be the same except some small details if i download that update and pass it to my avic f 900bt will it work? ro is ti going to mess up my unit? is it going to ask for a code?

has anyone try this? if anyone knows please help

anyone that can help please? i also must add that reading insight the data zip i found that it mentions the f 900 bt in its catalogue but i am not quite sure what to do i am experience with hacking and changing the avic i really need some help here afraid that i might destroy navigator
