I don't know if the UK version has a silly British accent but in either case the TTS voices are portable and you can add any you like, but they can be a hassle to get working since doing so will void your warranty.

When a call comes in from my connected Bluetooth phone my F700 always switches to the map screen, anyone else have this problem? This happens whether I am using the radio, SD card or CD.

I know from reading this forum that you are a great contributer and very well respected member, but I did use the search function and I have read the manual, and I couldnt find the answer, maybe we all arnt as smart as you, if I knew the answer to my question I wouldnt have posted it, just seems that you wasted your time replying to a post with a comment that wasnt useful and that you knew the answer to.

I had a KW-NT1 there were a few thing i liked about it and a few more that I didnt, so I sold it and bought an Avic F700BT, one of the things that I did like about it was the radio did not mute when a GPS command was given the radio volume kinda just went lower than the GPS voice command sound, would this be possible to do on the F700BT.

i will defiantly donate when ezrider is hacked $20 from me

Thanks for the help, not too worried about changing the data.zip file, i have an original back up if i screw it up, just couldn't find that bloody .bmp file, i`ll paste the text into the .ini file and see what happens.

Well, looks like i`m living with not having the GPS status in the clocks place, cant find that GPS status.BMP, but thanks for telling me how to do the mod..

As far as I can see, none of the updates have been hacked, its just a copy from one unit to another.

Update windowsCE, replace the flashdisk, then run the latset pioneer update to 3.01, its really that easy, like i said in my previous post, my MP3`s play fine..

Not sure whats wrong with your unit, but my 700BT after the updates play MP3`s from the SD and CD fine
