first off yes it will be different from speaker to speaker and person to person. I have not yet found my perfect setting.

My set up is D3, Kicker DS68 door speakers with kenwood 4X40rms amp, Two 10" Kicker CVRs under the back seat running them at 4OHMs with a Rockforfosgate 325.1 @ 400RMS@2 OHMS

My settings are

HPF on at 120 i think

Music

EQs are

Low-80Hz-+4dB-Q Wide2

Mid-1KHz-+6dB-Q Wide2

High-10KHz-+6dB-Q Wide1

here is mine in my lifted 2001 F150

my D3 wont tell me if my xms signals strength and if it is connected or not. The XM works.

can you burn it with a normal cd burner or do you need a dvd burner?

I had to cut the upper part of the din and the back. it is a snug clean fit.

How do you copy a D3 navigation disc? My friend tried to copy it but couldent. I am not going to sell them but i am going to use it as a back up disc.

I dident connect mine. in the D3 you can manually turn on the back up camera.

I got a 95-5026 that crutchfield sent me will this work for my 2001 f150 crewcab? its for a d3.

I didn't post any pics yet because I havn't figured out how to clean up the mount in the dash. I was hoping that someone whoe has one inthere F-150 would throw me a bone but noe so far. Otherwise it is a very, very simple install in this tyoe of truck. The wiring is right there, the parking brake sensor wire is a pain to get to but otherwise it is very easy and should only take a couple hours. I even ran the power from the battery throught a gromet located in the area behind the foot brake. All wiring went into the body where the door seals meet so like I said very simple. I will get pictures probably tomorrow even though I don't have the face mount looking right yet.

I am about to install my D3 when it gets in Friday. Did you ever get any pics? What did you need to cut? What color wires where the speed/reverse wires?

What do i need to cut inorder for it to fit in a 2001 F150 supercrew 4x4? also what color and where are the reversegear signal input wires and the speed signal wires? and the parking breakpower lead?

OK crutchfield has them is stock!!!!

I just talked to Crutchfield and they said mid to late March. It does not say it on the wedsite

Well i called pioneer and yes they are shipping them out!!!!!! so i would say by march 1st some stores will have them

It looks like you are working with alot of room.

For the back seat TV i think it would be easyer and not cost alot more to just do a dvd player in the rear and if your have it in the rear the passangers wont be messing with the D3 in the front.

will the avic d2 save your settings when unplugged like when you take out the battery?
