will any brain work n1 n2 n3 can you confirm an n1 brain on n3 deck

so my n1 deck was stolen some time ago and i got a n3 deck off ebay cause all over ebay it says n1 n2 n3 brains are all compatible if you look up n3/1/2 brains can anyone confirm this i had to order a wire harness off pioneer cause the deck dident come with one so im waiting for shipping. so can anyone confirm n3 deck n1 brain will it work????

ya i read a couple of post saying they bought an n3 deck off ebay and have a n1 brain but the fader doesent work can anyone confirm that an n3 deck will work with a n1 brain also do i have to have the n1 nav disks to run nav again
