if you buy the proper harness for your car it should just be color to color though

yes i have it hooked to my d3

it was part of the d3x package

dont have proper bose harness so sound to the speakers

with the usb add on box you can it runs through the ip bus only does music though

Yea, you can, but from what I remember, it's really slow and not worth it. Connecting a zune is really nice though. If you get the A/V cables for the zune, you can hook it up to the D3 through the A/V inputs and have your zune screen with artwork displayed through the D3.

its not slow at all only issue i got is it doesnt have great interface but other than that it works great

mine is mounted on the headline right where the rearview mirror is. at first you had to speak up to be heard but i pointed it down at a angel toward the driver the seats rather than straight level pointing to back window. now it works good.

what if we inverted video wires? just an idea but i dont think it will work.
