what about the bad radio reception tho? it worked perfect b4 i installed the GPS Antenna, and now i cant get sh*t!!

Does the navigation antenna have to be facing a certain way or something. The pointer on my screen dont go the way my car does, and sometimes it shows me going down a road that im not even going on.
(Edit) Also as soon as i hooked up my GPS antenna my radio signal got really bad. A station i used to be able to get i can no longer get till i get to town. And even then it dont come in that good.

Does anyone have a answer for this? I am trying to do the same thing with the RCA inputs in the back and am unable to hear any sound coming from my phone when i plug it in.

If they want it that bad, let 'em have it. Pay $50 deductible for a new (and current if you happen to have a Z1 or Z2), and a new window. Not a bad deal for an upgraded unit with full warranty if you ask me...

Like everyone else has been saying open a case with paypal and ebay. Pay the 10 bucks to ship it back, dont forget to ask for your shipping back from paypal, (add a little more if you want) and you could end up with around 525.00 for it all on the return.

So what if the new disk dont want to work? It worked the other day and then after i start on my trip it froze up and the disk would not work anymore. everytime i try to put it in it gives me a read error and dont want to work. And im not at home where i have the CNDV-90MT downloaded and cant make a new disk until then. i cant get into anything in the nav menu it asks me to insert the disk and when i do it dont want to read it.
