Sounds easy but did not find anywhere to download this on the pioneer web-site...Could you give me a link please?

I had the unit installed, connected my BlackBerry to it and worked fine. I left on a road trip some days later and the blue tooth connection was becoming erratic. Now I am not able to connect at all anymore, when I go into the phone menu and try to activate the blue tooth fonction, it starts and ends like if it has been enable but the status stay to disable and I am not even able to open the connections menu...

Please help!

Is there any way to install the CNSD-OMM013 Mexico map upgrade on an AVIC-x710bt module?

I asked if it was possible to the representative before I had it installed in my car, I was answered that yes. But actually it appears that not! I need this map installed, the only help I had from the installer was to uninstall and pay me back, upgrade to z110 or regress to U310... Any other way?
