didn't m5jimmy get banned for coming at vblue42 like he was some kind of gangsta before?
-
Hey jimmy. Didn't we tell you before you got banned that just because you've dreamed something up that the Fx00 can't do, that it's not just us lying to you when we say it can't be done?
-
You screwed up, don't get mad.
Do the install again, and follow the directions correctly this time.
-
Have you checked pac-parts?
-
Go to the FX 3.1 thread and download that.
-
You need to read the F-series boards a little closer.
-
Look for the post with FX 3.1in the subject.

Thanks for the reply and answers, I looked for the longest trying to find info on my issue with no luck. I guess the 5.2 million times this has been asked must be tucked away in a dark corner of this web site. I really appreciate the help, I will be trying your suggestions. What about the message I keep getting " Caution: images may be showned in reverse". Thanks again
That was #2. Turn off the backup camera in the settings. It was also part of #3.

The OP noted the server was going away on 7/5. That's a month ago.
If someone else hasn't responded and offered to give it to you, or the OP hasn't mentioned changing his mind, it's probably not happening.
I don't think responding daily is going to fix it, either, if that's your plan.
-
Go back to the place that installed it and you bought it from and ask them to troubleshoot it.
Magically, actually looking at the unit and sitting in your car is slightly easier than fixing-via-internets.

1. Zoom in below 500ft to see street labels
2. Go into settings and turn off the back up camera
3. Search next time, both these questions have been answered approx 5.2million times here.

Need a hacked easyrider file? Where can u find one? I am new here!!! someone can help me?
Really? You really asked that?
I really wish that the POST RIGHT ABOVE YOURS HAD A LINK TO IT.
-
The answer is "head on over to the hacks forum, there are a few days of reading for you there"
but are the unicorns there?
Technically, the OP should be reading the sticky that's like, 7 posts above this one as well.

I'm betting he's going to use sunshine, rainbows and a care bear stare..

Definitely not going to work if you're using the regular ipod USB cable. You need either the Pioneer cable or the apple cable, as the USB doesn't carry audio, it's only for control of the ipod.
GPS antenna presence won't have any effect on the ipod though.

I definitely want to confirm one thing: Using a Mac did screw things up for me!
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a problem existed between the keyboard and chair, rather than the mac.
I and many others haven't had any issue using a mac to extract this stuff. I think you're reaching..
Glad it worked out for you though.

Solder a new one in, if there's anything left of the pigtail?
Also, what the poster above said would be true, I believe. I can't think of any reason the USB cable was cut off, other than if it got in the way when someone was trying to steal it, honestly.

Turn off the reverse cam in the settings.

Like I said, try FX 3.1 again, or the 3.0 update or whatever. You're obviously missing the BT stack. There was an update to BT from Pioneer I believe, perhaps you could try applying that?
I have no idea where exactly the software is at, maybe someone else could chime in.

Try the "pair from phone" option in the phone settings and then attempt to pair from the handset.
If it's not even letting you do that, something got jacked up when updating. Re-do.
