How long should it take an F900 to get to the map screen? Mine seems to want to hang on the splash for up to 15 secs.

Hi everyone. I'm the proud new owner of an F900bt. I have 2 questions... 1. Can I use just the USB ipod cable if I want to use audio but now the video or do I still need the weird cable? 2. Is there a way to show album art on a USB stick?

Yeah, that's no problem. It's what files to move. In this case, favorites, some custom POI lists, and the speedcam file. I can get them, I just need to know where to put them.

Just wondering here...is this normal or is this an issue with my cable? Oh, this is a legit Pioneer cable. Bought it at Fry's.

Could someone tell me if it's possible to move my custom poi lists, speedcam, and favorites from one igo device to my new F900? I'd made some KML files for my MIO but the directory structure looks different.

Is there a way to use anything besides the touch screen in testmode? It's pretty tough to use that tiny kbd that pops up. I tried searching for activesync but it doesn't look like that's working.

Nevermind folks. DL'd another testmode and was able to see the X in the top right.

I have downloaded the testmode.zip file from the main FAQ page and followed the directions. When I do this it copies, then the copy window disappears and leaves a green square on the screen. When I touch the screen it just turns green a little more. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to do something else?

After looking at the service manual it seems that the TMC module is in all of the units. Is there a way to activate it in the US units? Some states have TMC now and it'd be nice to be able to use it.

Greetings all. This is my first post here, since I'm the new owner of a 900 model. I'm wondering, has anyone tried swapping out iGO for Garmin or TomTom? My unit should arrive in a few days but until then, if someone could elaborate on the file structure I'd be grateful. My previous Mio gps made it pretty easy to swap the default GPS software.
