mayby you forgot to plug back in the audio portion of the ipod cable
I never unplugged it, that I know of, during the bypass, but I will check it. Maybe it came unplugged when I was stuffing that wad of wiring back into the dash so I could wedge the Z120 in its slot.

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I'm new here so.....
I had my Z120BT professionally installed in my '10 Challenger SRT. Last night, I went in and connected the MSN direct module and did the bypass myself. Checked everything before putting the unit back in the dash and everything worked great, including the ipod. Today, the ipod appears to be playing, but i'm getting no sound. the album displays on the 120 and you can see the time moving (i've pushed pause and play to make sure its playing) but no sound. The pioneer logo displays on the ipod also and i've turned the volume up, and no sound. The other sources all sound fine: SD card, FM, Sirius, DVD, but not the ipod. Any suggestions?
Firmware updating problem

I have a Z120BT and requested the update to firmware 2.03 from Pioneer. I received the SD card in the mail and attempted to update the system. When I place the card into the head unit, it starts playing three .wav files, but no updating occurs. What gives? I looked at the folder structure of the card and all files are in a folder names "Z110."
