I replaced the internal SD card and updated the unit now when I turn my car key it ask for language setting and usb CarPlay settings every time but when it gets to the home screen it defaults to the regular screen setting but don’t effect the time is correct and radio stations are correct how do I fix this

Hello I got the text mode menu I see number 6 initialize to factor default is that it because I did that and it still show the password screen

Please I am in need of the 4000nex internal software if anyone has it please share it
