I tried my V3i today:
Service Provider: Cingular (AT&T Wireless)
Phone-SW Version: Motorola RAZR V3I
Autoconnect: Yes
Basic Function: (Make & Recieve a call, Call History, Preset Memory)
Phone Book Transfer: YES (It says service not supported)
Voice Calling: YES
Signal & Battery Strength Indicator: Yes / Yes
BT Audio Capable?: Not tested
If anyone with the V3I can figure out how to get phonebook entries to work, I'd love to know how. I removed all picture data from the phonebook (the manual says picture data may cause this to not work) and still could not get the phonebook to transfer, either in bulk or one at a time.
Edit: It does work to transfer phone entries one at a time. I needed to leave the transfer screen up on the D3. Still no bulk transfer.

After fooling around with the Sirius stuff on my D3, I wish that Pioneer could do the following in any updates to the software they may be working on:
Show the Sirius channel name in the preset button after you set it, rather than just "P1", "P2", etc.
Take out the DISP button, and just display all the song info in the text window on the left side of the screen. It is time consuming (and distracting) to have to scroll through the channel, artist, song title, composer, category, and station ID for each song.
Please add the option to use the MEMO button for artists, not just songs. My wife's Satarmate can do this, the D3 should be able to as well.
Just my $.02.

I just had the D3 put in my 05 X-Terra. Often, these trucks are referred to as "spartan" for the lack of luxury items. Good idea!

If you're talking about the D3, I think you can go to the menu, and hit something like hardware info, then system status (connection status maybe?). In that screen, among other useful bits of data, is the VSS sensor status.

Here is the code they just gave me: pfhq2-2f00f-f0tkd

whtcrxghst - That worked great. I had to shut off the pictures, and then do what you suggested. The trick seemed to be to leave the phone book transfer screen up on the D3 while I was doing this.
