i need the ip bus cable as well, the website posted above doesnt have any in stock at this time...but this website has ip bus cables can any ip bus cable be used or is every cable specific for every adapter?

OK, i have the Avh 5700dvd with the cd ib 100 II. On my head unit the music displays as if it were playing however there is no sound, it is an iPod touch 1st generation 8GB which according to the cd ib 100 II specs it is compatible...
help please, i have seen a question similar to this asked but the iPod that the person was using wasn't in the compatibility list
