Mine automatically pairs when I start the car up... Set it up when I first installed and haven't touched it......

I still don't understand, I HAVE NOT purchased the external display option. I can, however, change from 2d to 3d maps right from my head unit. So what is the need to buy this "extra"?

Try using backgrounder from cydia....

I've never had a problem with motionx... I'm currently using appradio+ vers 2.5 and appradio extensions current beta. No licensing notice has ever appeared... I installed my appradio the week my local bestbuy received the first shipment.. So I'm assuming my unit is from the first batch. Again it worked the day I installed it which was long before my phone was jailbroken, or appradio + was around.

So I've got it all setup... But now I'm getting screens that have an ignore button anytime I switch an app... So there's actually more phone touching going on... Also anytime I try and move a n icon it tells me I cannot move it whilst driving.... I'm not....

I shoulda stayed on 2.22.......

I took the parking brake wire, hooked it to one side of a button switch I bought at radio shack. I hooked the other side to ground. Screen pops up, click the button. Simple

Not needed for the appradio, we already have native 2 way touch..

I has the landscape problem when I first installed, once I rebooted my phone, everything that needed to would goto landscape mode...

Siri button is great, I don't have to lean so far now.. Display out works awesome... I too wish there was some way to mute that beep, it's often louder then my music. Otherwise no glitches yet.. Netflix always worked for me before. Soon as I choose a video it starts on screen.

Phone, you have to control from the phone.

Mimics is also close to 3 times the price when all is said and done...(amps, installation, wiring) Plus reading the fine print, you'll have a ton of cables going everywhere... Mimics doesn't do any charging or anything w/o a $90 kit of cables...

I deleted ce66 folder on the NAND drive.. Copied the 2.22 one back and rebooted, then ran the new installer.. Can't seem to setup the Internet and a few things as those prompts are still in Russian, otherwise I'm excited to at least have the ok screen go away!

So I got the new installer to run, and everything seems to have installed... The xtra menu comes up... Seems a little laggy... I'll see how it is after a reboot

I copied the files to my sd card as is... It doesn't seem to be any different, all the nag screens are still there... Only change is the skull background...

I just installed this English version... I get the skull background.... But other than that seems the same... Ok screen still pop up??

Most of those "hacks" u speak of are actually hardware workarounds. Therefore as long as that side (ebrake trigger) doesn't change, the hardware workarounds will work. This pertains mostly to the addon unit. Factory integration is different.

Apple would have to update the stock YouTube app, pioneer has nothing to do with that.

I've noticed I have to be a bit louder, but otherwise Siri seems to work as well as she does on just the phone..

Is the appradio on the newest firmware?

I've noticed that if I run cis from inside CE, then I can actually tap around and get the start menu to come back up.. I can therefore switch around one of the two. Sadly not both, as I whichever was currently loaded when the radio was powered on, won't show until after the 5 min wait.
