i know i do the same 4 gb fat32 sd card. these works always for 2015 update but only after the passwordpassword question the system start new an will install but before it comes these message. I formatet it but its the same problem> its a new card.

Extract de files from zip again with the correct password. Use single quote ' at the beginning and the end.

My problem was the update 2017. 2 files were missing. I didn't put the password correctly.

Now I've just downloaded and unzipped the file again and it's working.

Meanwhile it's updating. 

And finally... it's working!!!! Yeahhhh!!!!!

Still a few questions. I searched the thread, but can't find TESTMODE.KEY. Then i understand that when i boot in testmode on the F9220BT, im able to make a copy of RenewallFlib.dll on the inserted SD card?

After that i need to modify them, save them on the SD card, start the F9220BT again in testmode, delete the current RenewallFlib.dll and copy the modified RenewallFlib.dll from the SD card to the F9220BT?

 

Then i save update 2017 on the SD card with the correct CARDINFO and then insert SD card to the F9220BT?

 

If that's the whole process, then it's clear for me

I updated my F9220BT. Thanks for sharing godzilla, RonS and other people who helped.

 

A note @RonS:

Despite the presence of a file named \USER\PRG.FLG my active application files are in \USER\PRG0\APL not in \USER\PRG1\APL.

At the beginning I tried to change PRG1 only but it did not work, when i used PRG0  it went all right.

I have the F9220BT too. Could you say how you updated it, step by step?

I have inserted a sd card with all files from Godzilla, but nothing happens. I've tried to modify the file RenewallFlib.dll and nothing happens.

Do I have to change Cardinfo?

Instructions to update AVIC-F10/F20/F920/F9210/F9220BT (working links as of now)

1. Download file: 2015_European_Map_Updat_for_Pioneer.zip from here (3 GB download including all Europe latest maps).
2. ZIP is password protected. Extract the contents with the password seen here
3. Move all files to the root of a freshly formatted SD card (4 GB or larger required)
4. Replace CARDINFO.CIF with this version
5. Replace UPDATE\VERINFO.DAT with this version
6. Insert SD Card in your Pioneer, follow instructions (~30 minutes with progress bar - DO NOT INTERRUPT OR POWER OFF)
7. After reboot go to Bluetooth settings and update bluetooth firmware separately (~5 minutes with no progress bar, just wait until finished - DO NOT INTERRUPT OR POWER OFF)
8. Confirm update by looking at software version (6.0000) & Bluetooth firmware version (3.32).
9. Remove SD card, go for a test drive and check everything is OK including fresh maps, latest points of interest and text-to-speech (TTS)
10. Add additional TTS (text-to-speech support) only if your language does not already exist. Use these files: CZC (Czech), DAD (Danish),  DUB (Flemish),  DUN (Dutch),  ENG (UK English),  FIF (Finnish),  FRF (French),  GED (German),  GRG (Greek),  HUH (Hungarian),  ITI (Italian),  NON (Norwegian),  PLP (Polish),  PTP (Portuguese),  ROR (Romanian),  SPE (Spanish),  SWS (Swedish),  TRT (Turkish). Add them to another SD card (or format the previous one) and follow instructions from manual. The SD's top level folder must be named VOICE or TTS and it should contain only the folders/languages you need to add.

Good luck, tested and 100% successful on AVIC-F10BT with English, French, Italian, Spanish & Greek TTS installed.

Por lo que para el tuyo no valen. Tendrías que buscar su versión.

Por fin he conseguido actualizar mi radio a la última versión. El modelo es el F9220BT, diseñado para encajar en algunos coches Ford (S-Max en mi caso).

Concretamente a partir del paso nº 9, ya que compré la radio el año pasado y ya venía con la versión 2.000.

Ya había actualizado la radio a la versión 2.003, aunque yo pensaba que no, ya que en la información del sistema aparecía 2.0000. No sabía que dejando el dedo en la esquina superior izquierda, aparece otra pantalla con más información donde se podía ver que la plataforma era la 2.000, pero la versión del software sí que era la 2.003.

Luego me descargué el crack de StefanSki del paso 10, que es la actualización de la 2.003 a la 2.004 para poder poner cualquier password. Hice lo que pone en el paso 10, de sobreescribir un par de archivos de la carpeta de la actualización oficial de Pioneer. Aquí tuve un problema. Estaba usando una tarjeta microsd de 32 Gb. Se actualizaba, pero en el paso 15/15 me decía que había un error y se reiniciaba. Lo solucioné cambiando de tarjeta SD, formateando en FAT32, con el tamaño del cluster predeterminado y quitando el formato rápido. De esta manera sí que se actualizó a la 2.004.

En el paso 11 se actualiza la versión y los mapas. No tuve ningún problema. Lo único que tarda un rato, como 30 minutos y hay que estar con el coche arrancado, para que no se quede sin batería.

Después de reiniciarse, y con la microsd de los mapas todavía metida. Me fui al menú bluetooth - actualizar firmware. Yo tenía la 3.11 y el firmware que me puso fue el 3.10. Pero si no lo hacía así no podía actualizar con la 2ª sd. Esto tarda unos 5 minutos. Lo malo es que no tiene ninguna barra de progreso ni nada, pero con pacienca lo hace.

Una vez reiniciado y con la 3.10 del bluetooth, metí otra microsd con la carpeta firmware de la SD2. Volví a menú bluetooth - actualizar firmware. Y así ya pude actualizar a la 3.22.

Ahora al arrancar ya me pone Pioneer 2011. Apenas lo he probado, tan sólo he notado que para meter direcciones se van quitando las letras que no puedes usar, facilitando bastante la entrada de texto.

Quería actualizar principalmente por la AppRadio, más que por los mapas, pero no consigo que funcione. Inicio la app en el iPhone, y en la radio veo un pequeño icono nuevo abajo de la pantalla, que pone app. Al pulsarlo en al radio pone modo app o algo así, pero en el móvil no pasa nada. Se queda la aplicación appRadio en el mismo sitio, con el símbolo del cable.

Sólo se me ocurre que sea problema del propio cable, que necesite uno especial para que funciona la appradio. Alguien ha usado esta aplicación en los modelos nuevos?

He intentado instalarlo, pero al meter la contraseña la única opción que me da es borrarla y meterla de nuevo. Cada aparato debe de ir con una contraseña distinta, ya que tienes que enviar el número de serie del aparto y de la tarjeta SD.

Así que mi gozo en un pozo. Tocará pasar por caja.
