  1. OK, so in the past i have done the hardware bypass, but after fooling around with my radio installing the traffic and HD modules this weekend I must have knocked loose the mute wire because now my bypass doesn't work.

My question is this, can the software bypass be done on the X930BT? If so I am going to do that rather than spend another 45 minutes pulling my dash apart.

In a related line of questions, if testmode software mods can be made to the 930 can I replace my arrow with something like a car icon, or change POI icons? Everything I look at is geared toward different models, so I just don't know the capability of the 930. Thanks!

  2. I have a 930BT, and I just added on HD radio and traffic today. I am in an area that is supposed to have traffic coverage, and I don't seem to be getting any info. Any idea if the antenna needs a bit to pick up signals, or should I be seeing something from the start? It may just be because it is Sunday and there is no traffic, but I thought at least something would show up.

  3. So what file structure do you guys use?

My SD card is currently set up like a normal computer one.

My Music Folder ---> Artist Folder ---> Album Folder ---> Song File

I suspect that I can cut out the album folder and still get the information I need because the display is showing the album information twice. Any pointers on this? I am over the 300 folder limit

  4. I just installed my radio yesterday, and sorry if this has been covered, but SD is too short to search for. My question is, when I put in my SD card with about 5 gig of music on it, not all my music shows up. The artists list ends around the N's. Is there a folder limit I am hitting? Is there a setting I am missing or a workaround? Please help. Thanks!
