How does one update the maps on the Z140BH?

Thanks for this. It was not obvious to me.

Is there anyway to get to more directly from within the main map/route screen?

I have a Z140BH and I maybe a bit thick, but I can't seem to find an easy way to display a list of directions after I've chosen a destination/route. The system will plot the directions, but other than the next turn, I can't seem to find a way to show the route as a turn by turn list.

How can one do this?

Silly question. Used Z140BH for navigation and after arriving at destination, it wasn't obvious how to tell the system we ended route without going to the home screen. How should one end a route quickly?

Am running a variant of Android Cm7.1 on my Nexus One. I have about 2,000 contacts. My phone and Avic Z140BH headunit insists on exchanging all 2,000 contacts if my Android Contacts "Display Options" are set to "My Contacts." Problem is that this really makes Voice Recognition unusable (too many contacts to parse).

To get around this, I created a "Car" label in Gmail for the 21 contacts I want. If I change the "Display Options" to just "Car," only the 21 contacts are synced and VR works great. Problem is that when not in the car, I would like "My Contacts" to visible on my phone.

I would like to sync only the "Car" label, or only sync manually. I can't figure out a way to control this.
