I see no one responds to this request, is it me or is this a dead website?

Please excuse my request, if there is a place or thread I am missing. I have a bad SD card in my unit, and I need an image to create a new card. 

Instructions on formatting the card and software loading processes, if possible.

Could someone possible point me in the correct direction in how to replace or create image a new SD to replace the defective one in this Pioneer unit.

I don't normally work on these units, but looking to understand more about this.

I typically repair Car Audio amps, and occasionally customers bring me these head units, I did a search for AVIC7000nex  images and was unable to locate any information.
