Hi, what is the advantage to hack it to 940 ?

I have just updated my 930bt to 2013

Problem solved      very happy again with my F700BT back to life

For me was 1 hour driving and a reasonable price

For people in Belgium PM me and I will provide the contact info for this person

I have bad experience with updating F700BT so I need to be prepared

Now I have a F930BT and I am planning to update

Please help how to make a full backup to avoid any problems due to update

Hi All

I have tried to update my euro F700BT to the custom version 4.0 by updating wince and copy all given files under My Flash Disk

The unit starts good for the first time, select language and go into the system

AV source not working

If I try to change the language = reboot

After 2 min reboots and stuck at the boot screen for ever

When I delete the user folder I can boot again to the system and select language but it does the same thing

Already tried:

- Unmounted the disk and formatted = doesn't help

- Loading other versions = same issue

- MBR format = same issue

- Uboot test is OK

- BT test (says unable to resolve mac address)

I hope to have a solution for this problem

It used to work perfect with the original version

When playing from SD slot or usb

The player starts always playing the first song after turning the car off and on

Is there a tip on this or do I do something wrong ?
