Looks like the issue may be the harness for some reason that has to do with data, Im using a axxess interface module, gmos in a 2010 gmc, what about you guys?

The reset button is on the bottom left, take a small pen/toothpick/pic/needle/paperclip ect. and hold it down for a sec. it will wipe out all your presets and clock date.

I have the exact same problem! same equipment, avh-x5600bhs and sxv200 tuner. I swapped the tuner out and still have the same issue. I get sound if I do a hard reset on the radio, but then hours later sound is gone. I have great sat signal and it displays the station info on every station, but no sound! WTF!

Has anyone ever used optical out from a prs radio or dex radio to a audison bit one processor? It works and sounds great however I have a nasty "pop" when ever I change sources or eject the CD.  When I run analog rca's pop is gone! Maybe the optical is only designed for the dex-9?????
