You're confusing models.  The Z1-3 and the Z110-Z150 are completely different models.

2013 is the best you will ever get

2015 maps don't exist for that model, 2013 was the last year for a update. They have moved on to the new X50 platform.

I had this problem as well.  It turned out that I had the antenna in a bad spot and it wasn't getting signal.

Unless you have unlocked the drive then you won't be able to swap them. 

I doubt you will see another update for that series, time to upgrade!

I was wondering how feasible swapping the stock hdd would be to a larger one.  Reason I ask is the maps now are too big to fit on this and there seems to be more lag now that I'm closer to having a full hard drive.  I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of hard drive the F90bt uses?  Has anyone tried this?  If I copy and paste everything from the internal hard drive to a larger capacity hard drive, would it work?

These units don't use a HDD!

If the key is on acc mode and you have the doors closed then you open the door the power shuts off even if the key is on. But thanks for the help.

Well, there must be some kind of answer because on my 8000, I didnt have that as the crow flies line until I just did the 1.08 update. In 1.01, it actually highlighted the streets showing your route, not this stupid thing. How do you turn it off and go back to normal highlighted streets?

I guess you shouldn't have updated then.  I haven't found a way to get rid of it.

Just cant get this to work on my x920bt. it will make it about 30% then say incorrect sd card and get stuck until i go to test mode and delete the startknd file then i can get it working but gps says no connection and map shows a red background.

 

i tried extracting with winrar and winzip, formatted using windows (16kb clusters)and another format utility recommended in a different thread. tried a 16gb and a 32gb and same problem. going to try again tomorrow after work with another card unless anyone has any other ideas. 

GPS functions will never work until you comlete the update!

So, once I download this to my Z110bt, are there any other downloads that I should do to get better GUI interface? I don't know the difference between the 110, 120, 130, 140, or 150... Does this download make it like a 150? since it is version 5.0....

 

Please let me know what I would need to do to get the best GUI interface...

NO THe Interface is the same for everyone.  It's the Z140 with the 2013 maps

I have a z130bt updated to z140bh (software update) so do I use the z140bh instructions and file or z130?

 

Also, is there a way to install this update in testmode? I have another unit that has corrupt files and will only go to testmode...

Z130 and Z140 updates are the same!  You can always manually install files, but you have to know what files to load!  My advise to everyone is to stop trying to do something you have no knowledge about!  You either deleted needed files or installed Condi hack, which in turn crippled your system!  Send it to Pioneer to fix and stop trying shit you don't have any knowledge about.

So I've tried to update my X910BT with the above and I replaced the cardinfo file with both the above (seperately of course). My system only recognizes the media files and does not update. I am on version 3.020100. Is there a way I can use this update, or am I just SOL? I tried formatting my SD Disk and that didn't help either. Thanks.

No it will not, your unit came stock with 2013 maps.

You will have to re do the patch if you update.

You'll lose voice command when you do the update.

Completely wrong!   You only lose voice commands of the navigation features, and nothing else

I  received my copy of the 2013 map update(version 5) from pioneer today.  I'll gladly share the files if someone can tell me how.  I tried utorrent, but can't seem to figure it out.
