Got it, and that worked. Thanks! Do you know what the difference between 4.0 and 4.01 is? All seems to be working fine, just curious.

Here is the version info from my unit.

Version 04.0000

I copied over my own then hex edited it, but could not find the required values to change at the offset, so i downloaded the already modified navi.exe from the thread. That didnt work so I put the backup of my navi.exe back. I'll post all the version info from my unit tomorrow when i get a chance to write it all down.

Just bought a X-940BT, tried the navi.exe hack but it didn't work. My unit says it has firmware 4.0

Is there a way around this? New to the AVIC so I need alot of help.

Any help would be appreciated.
