I have the same problem but I know how it happened.  some how you turned your camera funtion "on" and then you got the caution screen, that happened to me today.

Problem is like you I can not get into the menu screen to turn it off. 

Hope somone out there can help us out.....

Does anyone know how to turn off the camera when the screen is stuck on the "caution, items may apprear reversed"  ?

I've tried to reset the system and the screen goes back to the "caution" error message.

Hoping someone can help me.

kids messed with settings, I noticed "caution rear view imaes could be reserved" but paid not attention to it and updated firmware.

After update was completed I got the "caution reaveiw images could be reversed" instead of the reboot screen.

Now, the screen is stuck and I have no access to any menu or map options.

My CD player works but the screen stays black with "caution" message accross the top.

I have tried to re-boot the system but screen continues to stay black with "caution" message across the top.

Help.....
