  1. Yeah, I get the same annoying bluetooth pairing request everytime. I've scripted around it using tasker. Heres what I have:

    TASK 1: "Pairing Request" - Event -> UI -> New Window: Label: Bluetooth pairing request, Window Type: Dialog

    Actions:

    1) Input -> Dpad -> Button Down Repeat 2 Times

    2) Input -> Dpad -> Button Right 1 Time

    3) Input -> Dpad -> Button Press 1 Time

    4) Variable -> Variable Set -> Name: ¬ceptBluetooth To: true

    TASK 2: "Bluetooth Accepted" - Event -> Variable -> Variable Changed, Variable: ¬ceptBluetooth Value: true

    Actions:

    1) App -> Load App -> AppRadio

    2) Display -> Auto Brightness -> Set: Off

    3) Display -> Display Brightness -> Level 0

    4) Task -> Wait, 10 Seconds

    5) App -> Load App -> AppRadio

    What task manager u using?

  2. You do NOT need the over priced Android connectivity kit. I just switched over to the S3 from iPhone and let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made.

    With all due respect to AR Extentions, the Android version AR Liberator works FLAWLESS! 100% mirrored image of your phone onto the AppRadio with full control

    You need an HDMI cable, OEM Samsung MHL adapter (the one made for GS3 ONLY, no others will work!!!), and a car charger to plug into the adapter. This will connect you to Pioneers crappy app mode...

    To go the full 10 yards, root your S3, and download ARLiberator to turn your Appradio into an Android in dash megaphone/tablet!

    How is your s3 and appradio 2 working now? I want to switch from iPhone 4s to galaxy s3. Already have pioneer Android kit. I love siri but want more control that is offered with Android. I also want to connect s3 to appradio then put phone in glove box and dont touch it again til I get out of car. Possible?

  3. I always found that car alarms are ignored by many people. I also use the a recorded sound of a women screaming Rape very loud with a faint police siren sound 5 seconds in.. For two reason, a car thief doesn't want to be rapist, so once they hear that, they take off, they don't know what the hell is going on. and people tend to pay attention more if a women is screaming...

    What alarm system u using? I think that's a good plan
