TR-7 wiring:

Red-12v

Black- ground

Green-amp turn on/remote wire

White-parking break wire (long green wire)

The rest of the wires are unused for the bypass.

PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO WATCH VIDEOS WHILE MOVING. THAT IS ILLEGAL IN MY STATE.

PAC tr7 works.

Gonna install mine later today. I will be using a PAC tr7. Hope it works.

Mine is on the way! And I don't think you would need the add on nav unit if you can use nav apps from your phone?

Lower numbers like 50hz are your bass freq. Higher numders 10k hz, are your treble freqs. From right to left, bass to treble. Just mess with it till it sounds good to you.

Did you try to tap the sd card icon again?

Wipe the unit. Do a full reset.

Make sure you was your hands after you wipe.

Anyone every have any luck mounting your GPS antenna under the dash? I know it wouldn't work if there is metal between the sky and your antenna but figured the signal would pass through the dash pad. Any thoughts?

That should be it. I cant think of anything else.

My Kenwood never freezes. And its also a ton better than my D3.

I just installed my Kenwood HD tuner today. I know its not a Pioneer but its still HD. Its amazing the difference. I am so happy I did this. You also get extra channels that stations broadast. I highly recommend!
