I have the n3, it was in my previous car, but now having obtained another car, I put it in the new one. My issues:

 

1. The front and side acceleration does not work, I am told it is unavailable.

2. The speedo does not work, however my vss is not hooked up, so not sure if this is causing this issue.

3. Lastly and mostly, while my position is correct on the map in navi mode, the navi thinks I am facing 45 degrees to the left of straight ahead. Because of this, it cannot perform navigation correctly. Solutions?

i would have to disagree. I had mine replaced by the company on ebay. You can call the guy's cell phone or business phone and they answer EVERY time. I shipped my N2 to them on a tuesday, it got there on wed., they fixed it and shipped it back out on wed. to me and I received it on thursday with it working perfectly.

I'll seed it this weekend for anyone that wants it.

I burned it last night and it worked great! Took about 3 mins. for the N2 to update and it DID change the look of the buttons and menus.

how can I tell if the burner does book typing or not?

I have the N2 and recently the Ipod no longer cuts off with the car, therefore continuing to play until the battery is dead. I still have complete control of the ipod using the n2 and cannot control it when it is plugged in as usual. Any ideas as to what's going on?

I want to hook my phone up to the car and use the speakers for the voice output and use the navigation's microphone for the voice input. I know there's a wire on the wiring harness for the N2 that says it's for cell phones, but I have no idea how to hook this up. Any ideas?

Does this have any negative effects on anything?
