Hi All, i received a notification from Pioneer about iPhone 5 update availability (i've an european AVH-8400BT). As i've got an iPhone 5, i downloaded the ZIP and followed the instructions. Step 1: BT Firmware -> OK! Step 2: First file -> OK! Step 3: Second file... I put the USB flash drive in, demo appeared, so i pressed menu button. The demo crashed. I had the part about the "MIXTRAX" feature freezed on the screen. I pressed the RESET button on the unit and... booom! The unit doesn't power up anymore. Black screen. Completely dead. Nothing! I just purchased a pioneer AVH-P8400BH from crutchfield NEW $499 and I am soo angry. I purchased it becaused I liked the idea of removing the face plate to avoid theft. So everytime I park and leave my car, the face plate comes off fine and goes everywhere with me But when I go back to my car and TRY to put the face plate back on, its a PAIN IN THE ASS!!!! At first I had to slide it up then click it into place about 3 times before it actually powered up. Then, 5 times. Now today, I probably tried for 30 minutes and it never powered on!!! I'm really leaning toward the P8400 for my family's van. The other option is the DDX719. But I'm having a bit of a time figuring out what the 8400 can do simultaneously. I'm getting a rear flipdown LCD, it has IR built in for headphones and it has A/V RCA inputs. So ideally, I'd like to be able to play DVDs and Videos from a USB stick on the rear LCD with sound from the IR while my wife and I are able to listen to other audio sources (AM/FM, Bluetooth streaming, MP3s from USB2) on the main speakers. A rear mounted DVD player might fit the bill, but I'd like to keep everything centralized. Is
