Does anyone have map updates for f 50 bt ? i have stock version installed -
Well, I just purchased X940BT knowing that it only came with the US and Canada Maps….. I already downloaded the “gmapsupp.img†that includes Mexico Map. Can somebody tell me how should I save it on the Mini SD card (folder, file name, etc) and if there is a specific MiniSD card size (storage capacity) to do this. Once I do that, what are the steps to install it on my AVIC-X940BT ? Thanks

Just found out from Pioneer Australia that they wont be introducing the NEX series to Australia. How annoying! I'm a relative novice in this area - but what are the pitfalls I need to be concerned about from buying a US model 8000 Nex and installing it in Australia? I''m guessing the US map is the biggest issue? How hard is it to load Australian maps? And will it be compatible with the mapping software on the NEX series? Thanks in advance ... H

A little background on my system.... Bought the car brand spankin' new and within my standard warranty had to replace my 7010bt 3 TIMES!!! Now it's at that point again where I'm having issues with it and can't get a new one cause dealer said its out of warranty. Issues: Won't charge iPod touch at times when I plug it in, only one side of the speakers work until i hit bump (luckily has it had this issue in a LONG while and hoping it stays that way), Bluetooth doesn't work half the time, screen dims back and forth, has changed languages a couple of times on it own, luckily I can read Sp

Hi all, I have a pioneer Avic S1 and want to update the maps as they are very old now (2006). Would anybody how and where I could do that. May be I could replace it with other software. Please help as the maps are not correct anymore. Many thanks, Rick
