Hello, To the best of my knowledge, this F700BT is stuck on Firmware Ver. 1 I’m looking for any help to update my system to a more current version. The device came preloaded with some modifications/ bypasses that made it really smooth to use, until it got stuck on a boot-loop. Awhile back, I found a working link with files to fix the corrupted software, downgrading me back to this base software. My GPS maps have also stopped working. I’d seriously appreciate it if anyone could connect me with a working set of files to bring this F700 up to speed again. Will gladly Paypal a reward if the

I've downloaded the firmware update v1.05 for my 8100NEX, but the more I read here I'm sitting on the fence if it's actually worth doing the update. I'd appreciate your input on these questions: AVICSYNC doesn't seem all that interesting to me and after the free trials end it's definitely priced out of my comfort zone. Is AVICSYNC a feature you would actually use and pay for when the trial ends? One poster here mentioned that the unit will be reset after the firmware update, and if I understand that correctly, I'd have to go through all customized settings again. Is this true? Is it also true

Woot!!!... post #1 !! It looks like the NEX is not running Windows CE like their older units, but some flavor of Android. How else could the get away with no royalty payments. The NEX case looks to be very similar to the AVIC-Zxxx models but maybe with a large lower "lip". Good to see they stuck with a design that works. However. the MSRP at $1400 is way too steep. Cant wait for it to hit the grey market and get it for way less. I'm hoping the same bypass is available for the NEX line. I've enjoyed my AVIC-Zxxx that I upgraded to a z150, or was it a z180. I've forgot. Ev

Hi my name is Jose, went to best buy and saw the appradio 3, is a bit pricey and reading through blogs I have read interesting things, I like everything it has to offer but have a few questions I'm afraid the guys at best buy might not answer. 1) what is the deal of a bypass? 2) to mirror my iPhone or IPad onto the appradio do I need to jailbreak my devices? 3) the apps only run using the data on your phone? In other words appradio useless if smartphone is not connected? Thank you Appreciate in advance Jose
